Dr. Wong was graduated from the School of Medicine of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and has worked in the Ophthalmology Department of the Prince of Wales Hospital, Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole Hospital, the United Christian Hospital and Tseung Kwan O Hospital. In addition to treating common eye diseases such as cataract, macular disease and glaucoma, Dr. Wong is also interested in disease of tear ducts and oculoplastics such as eyelid cancer and ptosis, as well as eye cosmetic surgery such as blepharoplasty and eye bags.

For medical research, Dr, Wong has also published research on new technology for the treatment of watery eyes and nasolacrimal duct obstruction, dacryocystorhinostomy in the treatment of acute dacryocystitis, and other oculoplastic diseases.

For charity, Dr. Wong has joined an event organized by Lions Club to provide free eye health checks for the elderly, and has also cooperated with The Hong Kong Medical Association to offer eye examinations for children. Moreover, he has participated in the ‘Cataract Surgery for the Elderly’, a campaign held by Lions Club and the North District Hospital to perform cataract surgeries for the elderly suffering from eye problems.
